Water Issues Reporting Form
Help the BCA collect documented information so that they can build an accurate picture with valid resident data of water issues in The Bluffs at Huron community
We are asking all residents to:
Send detailed information that will allow the BCA to build a clearer picture of the water issues affecting our community.

Some residents have told us about dishwashers and washing machines that are not able to start or complete their cycles. Now we need pictures of the error codes, date, time of day, address and any comments to complete the description of event or Issue.

If you are experiencing low water pressure, is it certain hours, is it over several days, at the same time each day, differing times, we need a detailed log of information as shown above.

Any pictures you might have sent to Parkbridge as evidence that water issues are happening, no matter of the date, we would also accept.
