Mandate

 

​The purpose of the Audio / Video (AV) Committee is:

​

• To manage the community’s A/V equipment.

• Provide the Executive with recommendations on AV needs.

• Meet regularly to teach each other about, and how to use, the equipment.

• Provide manuals, or create operating instructions for posting on the website and attaching to equipment.

• Periodically hold workshops to instruct residents on their needs on how to use equipment, i.e. the video screen/projector (or Smart TV in the future).Create an inventory list and label equipment.

• Research additional equipment needs/replacement.

• Budget annual supplies or requested purchases.
